Refund Policy

BronxCash products are digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final once delivery or access has been provided.

Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in the following cases: you were charged multiple times for the same order, the product was not delivered and we are unable to resolve the delivery issue, or a critical product defect prevents basic functionality and we are unable to provide a fix within a reasonable timeframe.

Refunds will not be issued for: change of mind or accidental purchases, failure to read product descriptions, requirements, or compatibility information, user error, improper setup, or refusal to follow provided instructions, third-party platform updates, changes, or outages affecting the product, account bans, restrictions, or enforcement actions by any platform, or purchases made through unauthorized resellers or third parties.

To request a refund, contact us through our official support channel at discord.gg/bronxcash. Include your order ID, email used at checkout, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support may result in immediate suspension of your license or access, blacklisting from future purchases, and submission of delivery evidence (logs, messages, access records) to the payment processor.
