3) Account, Access & Delivery
Delivery is typically provided via download, dashboard access, key/license delivery, Discord access, or email.
You are responsible for:
Using a valid email / username / Discord account (if required)
Keeping your login/key secure
Ensuring your device/software meets requirements
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect info provided by you, DMs being closed, privacy settings, spam filtering, or platform outages.
4) Support
Support is provided through our official support channels only. Support covers:

Fixes for issues we can reproduce

Support does not include:

6) All Sales Final / Refund Policy
Because these are digital goods that are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all sales are final once delivery/access is provided.
Refunds may be considered only at our discretion if:

7) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Blacklisting from future purchases/support
Evidence being provided to the payment processor (delivery logs, access logs, messages, etc.)

13) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba, Canada (and applicable Canadian federal laws), without regard to conflict of law principles.
